		<description>I absolutely love the truthfulness in this post. I have been coming to terms with my blog for quite a while now and while I did think big numbers were the goal initially, I see it differently now. It is more like a resume enhancer, proof that I know what I&#039;m talking about when it comes to managing and growing online communities because I do it every day and discuss the nuances often. My blog gave me the fodder for my book and I am grateful for that. When people contact me and mention the content of my blog, it is pleasing to know that they find my words helpful and have further interest in me because of it. You mention a lot here that really needs to be internalized. I have been thinking a great deal about all of this free stuff and you&#039;ve given me some much needed perspective.
