I’d just like to take a moment to give kudos to a blog I found: Vandelay Web Design.
It’s not often I come across a web design company that also blogs. Most of my searches lead me to writing blogs. Vandelay snared my attention and it’s worth a look.
I’ll admit the name caught my attention first. Are these guys Seinfeld fans? Does anyone else remember George Costanza’s obsession with the name Vandelay?
Name aside, the Vandelay Web Design blog offers well-written and informative content with plenty of tips and sound advice for tweaking your website or blog.
You can bet I’ll be checking in there often.
You and I are on the same page Harry! I instantly thought “Fake George Costanza business.” But the design is nice. It reminds me of Sharon at Get Paid to Write Online, before she changed her theme.

Steven! Thanks for stopping by! I knew there had to be. That’s one name that just jumped out on me in a Google search and I had to go take a look. Excellent idea. Care to share what the rest of the inspiration was?
The rest of the inspiration was basically a lack of ideas. There’s a million and one web design companies out there so pretty much every other name is taken.
I hear ya on that one. Names are getting harder to come by everyday. It took us three weeks to come up with a name for our graphics division and I think it took a week to come up with the name for our new blog site.
And no, I’m not revealing those just yet – all in due time.
Yeap Vandelay Web Design is nice one, have known them for some while.
