What’s the process of working with Men With Pens like?
We’re glad you asked. We take you from “I’m ready” to “I love it!” in just three easy steps:
- Once you decide to work with us, just click on one of our nifty buttons and choose the most convenient payment plan for you. You’ll be redirected to PayPal, where you can quickly reserve your place in our schedule with your deposit. No one will be able to grab that spot!.
- After completing your deposit payment, you’ll be brought back to our site to fill out a simple questionnaire about your needs and goals. It’s very easy – in fact, many of our clients enjoy this step the best, because they see exactly how they’re moving towards achieving their dreams.
- Once we receive your questionnaire answers, we work our magic. This is the most impressive phase – our clients are consistently amazed at how accurately we grasped their vision and presented them with the very words they wanted to say or an epic design that captures the soul of their business.
From there, you can put your kick-ass copy or killer web design right to work and start doing some serious business!
How long does it take to get a snazzy new web design or new web copy?
We can turn projects around in as little as three weeks – and sometimes less. Our efficiency makes sure that you get your new design or copy in as little time as possible.
How soon can we start?
Whenever you’re ready. Our clients are usually pretty excited to get their snazzy new web design or compelling copy working hard for them quickly, so once we receive your order and deposit, we begin working on your project immediately.
What types of payment do you accept?
We use PayPal.com, and you can opt to pay via your PayPal account or by credit card (no PP account required). It’s fast, easy and very convenient!
What if I want some changes made to my web design or web copy? Do you offer revisions?
We like to make sure you get exactly what you want, so we offer one major revision (if necessary – it isn’t often we need to crack this baby out), a round of minor revisions and alterations at each approval stage, and revised proofs or drafts after alterations.
Following final delivery, you also enjoy a complimentary two-week revision period to relax and take your time to review your copy or play with your site. We want you to be completely satisfied with your finished project.
Do I need to pick a WordPress theme for my new website or blog, or will you recommend one?
We’re happy to work with a WordPress theme of your choosing. If you don’t have any in mind or don’t care, we’ll select the best framework to customize. Let us take care of that. We’ve tried and tested hundreds of themes throughout the years, and we know exactly which one can fit your business needs perfectly.
I know you guys are WordPress specialists, but I want to use Thesis/Headway/Frugal. Can you work with that theme?
Indeed we can. As web development and WordPress coding specialists, we can get any theme to do whatever we want for that perfect design and layout you’re looking for.
I’m happy with the theme I have, and I just want to rebrand the design. How does that work?
