Keyword articles and content are a big thing these days. Placing keywords in your copy attracts search engine notice and gets your page ranking higher for relevant returns on searches.

Three major search engines are ruling the Internet these days: Google, MSN, and Yahoo. One problem is that MSN and Yahoo allow up to 6% keyword density for content, while Google sticks at a nice, readable 2.5% density. Keyword content that flows naturally and smoothly is important. You want to attract search engines, but you also want to have content that doesn’t turn a reader off. The ultimate goal is to have someone buy your product, hire you for your services, or stay on your site. A reader that immediately clicks away because the content on your site is crap isn’t good.

Does readable high-density keyword content that flows naturally exist? Of course. If you have a writer skilled in crafting sentences and phrasing with keywords, and one that knows how to write a loaded text that is engaging despite high-density keyword content, you’ll have a site that achieves your ultimate goal. If you get a list of keywords in sub-standard sentences that don’t make sense, you’ll turn readers off.
