		<description>Funny...I just bought Dave&#039;s Early Riser program myself.  I went to bed early last night, totally geeked to get started.  I set my alarm a little earlier than usual - but not too much earlier, I didn&#039;t want to be a failure.  I even used some of Dave&#039;s tricks to make sure I&#039;d be up on time.

But before I went to bed, I dutifully set all my clocks, which I hadn&#039;t yet adjusted for the time change yesterday, back one hour.

That&#039;s right, BACK one hour.  Spring FORWARD, fall BACK.  Duh.

Then I went to bed.

At 6:45 my phone rings.  I was supposed to be somewhere at 8:30. 

&quot;Why are you calling me at 6:45?&quot; I asked, sleepy and confused.

&quot;It&#039;s 8:45!&quot; came the reply.  D&#039;oh!  You&#039;ve never seen me leave the house so fast, still wearing my sweatpants and my glasses and without brushing my hair or teeth.  Yuck.

So Dave&#039;s program didn&#039;t work for me, the first night I tried it.  But I guess he wasn&#039;t planning on people going the wrong direction with daylight savings time.  Trying again tomorrow...</description>
