The 10-minute method works very, very well for short attention spans and people who are easily distracted or who have trouble focusing for long periods. Like many here, I tend to juggle many balls at once and it's really easy to get bogged down in the silly and time-consuming tasks without making headway on the truly important things such as the thing called "work-that-pays-the-bills".
