When you find a good writer who does great work and provides top-notch customer service, hang on to the person. I see so many people who have found a great writer, but still feel that the grass is greener on the other side of the fence. Maybe they’ll find someone even better. Maybe they’ll find the writer of all writers!
In all honestly, if you’re happy with the writer you have and the quality of copy is right up there to your standards, hang onto that person. The continual search for the best of the best should turn into an absent one, and you shouldn’t waste time or money trying to find someone better than what you have. Keep an eye out, sure, but don’t keep wondering.
