I don't mind so much when I come to the realization I've outgrown a situation, it's just the natural course of things and it happens in every relationship sooner or later. Sometimes both parties recognize this and take a step back, willing to re-evaluate and take the relationship to the next level, or they part ways. It's when only one party sees the need for change and the other doesn't that the situation has the potential to turn messy. I totally understand what you’re saying. I have made mistakes but none in such a way that I would like a redo. I do feel sad loosing some clients but that the same sad I see when friends grow appart because they mature and their interest goes in different directions.
