		<description>I totally understand what you&#039;re saying. I don&#039;t mind so much when I come to the realization I&#039;ve outgrown a situation, it&#039;s just the natural course of things and it happens in every relationship sooner or later. Sometimes both parties recognize this and take a step back, willing to re-evaluate and take the relationship to the next level, or they part ways. It&#039;s when only one party sees the need for change and the other doesn&#039;t that the situation has the potential to turn messy.</description>

		<description>Gosh - frankly for my business I have been rather blessed. I have made mistakes but none in such a way that I would like a redo. I do feel sad loosing some clients but that the same sad I see when friends grow appart because they mature and their interest goes in different directions.

I guess I&#039;ll need to think it through more.</description>
