Using Social Skills to Increase Business Revenue, Part 1 of 5

Business is about making money. Either you’re someone who works in a business that makes money or you’re in business for yourself to make your own money. The Almighty Dollar rules it all, either way.

Or does it…?

Business isn’t about money. It’s about people. Business is about consumers who develop needs or harbor desires. They’re looking for a solution. People are the ones who decide they want to buy, and they’re the ones who fork over the money.

But without motivation to hand over those dollars, they’ll lose interest – and they’ll go elsewhere to find a solution to satisfy their wants and needs.

They otherwise draw people in for a sale, charging thousands of dollars for their services and consultation fees. They earn even more thousands for the companies that hire them.

But even the smallest business, the single entrepreneur, can achieve increased business revenues using one important tool: social skills.
